- Abstracts must be submitted in English before February 28th 2010 by completing the electronic form on www.fac2010.net or by sending .pdf file form to severine.friol@edf.fr.
- Abstract should contain 1200 characters maximum.
- Please include author's name (eventually co-autho's name), company affiliation, a complete mailing address (address, state or region, city, postal code and country), a phone number and Email address.

- A short biography of the speaker will be published on the website and in the conference handouts. It will be also used during the introduction of the speaker at the conference. Please submit the speaker biography no later than February 28th 2010 to severine.friol@edf.fr or by completing the electronic speaker registration form.

- Abstracts should be in accordance with the following FAC2010 topics :
- Flow Accelerated Corrosion - Wall thining management - Piping maintenance - FAC prediction tools - Operation feedback - R&D and test loop results - Steam-water circuit chemistry - Non-Destructive Examination methods - Inspection methods - Chromium / copper measurements - Others topics in accordance with FAC

Abstracts deemed commercial in nature will not be selected.
The FAC2010 committee will inform you by Email within 14 days whether or not your abstract is accepted.

COPYRIGHT PERMISSION
|
|
|
| |
- Please submit the copyright permission by selecting the appropriate case in the electronic or .pdf file of the speaker registration form.
"I hereby acknowledge ownership of and give permission to publish my paper, PowerPoint presentation in .pdf file and photos in the FAC2010 proceedings and DVD Flow Accelerated Corrosion, 2010".

ORAL PRESENTATION
|
|
|
| |
- The presentation must be sent in English and in Microsoft PowerPoint or .pdf format, not later than April 3rd 2010 to Séverine Friol, severine.friol@edf.fr
- No other audio-visual medium (e.g. slide or overhead) or software will be available.
- All presentations must run on the windows operating system.
- All papers received before the deadline will be included in the conference handout that will be provided on site at the conference registration. Speakers are requested to concentrate on key points and conclusions, as attendees can obtain background information from the conference handout.
- If you are unable to submit your presentation before the deadline as result of the technical difficulties, special arrangements will need to be made with the FAC2010 Committee. Please contact severine.friol@edf.fr
- Each oral presentation will be 30 minutes length including 5 minutes of questions. A warning will be given during the presentation.
- Conference organizers will load all presentations on the conference computer. Speaker will NOT be allowed to use their own laptop.
Please bring one copy of your presentation to the conference on CD-ROM or USB media storage device. This copy will be used as a backup by you and the conference organizers if required. Make sure your CD-ROM and presentation file are properly labeled with the title of the presentation and full name (last name_first name).
- Speakers will have access to a laser pointer and microphone.
- The oral presentation will be published on FAC2010 conference handout.

FULL PAPER

- The full paper will be published on FAC2010 DVD.
- The full paper must be sent in English and in Microsoft Word electronic format before April 3rd 2010 to Séverine Friol, severine.friol@edf.fr.
- The full paper is not mandatory. The powerpoint oral presentation can be used as a full length paper.
- The paper length should not exceed 10 pages including annexes.
- Please include the title (and if appropriate co-author(sname), company affiliation, a complete mailing address (address, state or region, city, postal code and country), a phone number and Email address.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Speakers agree to meet all deadlines provided by conference management including returning required form, submitting biography information and manuscript submission for the conference proceedings.
