Note that space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Equipment & Electrical
|
|
|
Tables, chairs and extension power cords are provided by us. You can also bring your own exhibit booth and posters. Booths are not provided by us. Wifi wireless Internet access is available in all rooms.
Please indicate your needs on the exhibitor registration form.

Equipement storage
|
The exhibit equipment will be stored in the exhibition room that will be closed every evening.

1) The registration must be made by filling in the exhibitor registration form. 2) The final registration and exhibit area are confirmed by the payment.

Receipt/confirmation
|
|
|
1) After receipt of your registration form, all registrants will receive an email confirmation from the FAC2010 committee. Registratnts must provide a current email address in order to register.
2) A second mail will send you to confirm your payment and your final registration. This mail serves as both a receipt and registration confirmation.
3) An original and duplicata invoices will be send by postal mail to your invoice address indicated in the exhibitor registration form.

Insurance
|

The FAC2010 Committee will not be liable for damage and loss caused to exhibitors' good, nor to goods or installations provided by third parties. They decline all responsibility, in all cases and at all times, for the loss, disappearance, damage or theft of goods. The necessary insurance is under the responsibility of each exhibitor.
Insurance is strongly recommended. All exhibitors should have an "all risk" policy, a third part liability, public liability and comprehensive protection insurance. The period of liability of the exhibitor shall be deemed to run from the time the exhibitor or any of their agents or contractors first enter the exhibition site and to continue until all exhibits and property have been removed. |
