1) Online pre-registration by filling in the electronic form or by downloading the.pdf file and send it by email to severine.friol@edf.fr or by fax : 0033 4 76 20 25 59. A mail will sent you to confirm your  pre-registration as attendee, speaker (once the abstract accepted) or exhibitor.

2) Once pre-registration done or abstract accepted, payment can be made to finalize the registration. A second mail will sent you to confirm your payment and final registration.

You can register and pay later. The applicable rates are according the registration date. Please indicate us the payment way in the electronic registration form.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD : online via Paypal   

• All Government cards are accepted. 

• Anyone can use PayPal. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account.
• An immediate confirmation of payment is sent to your email.
• PayPal is a secuire online payment.
• Making payment using PayPal is easy.

If you choose to pay the registration fees by bank transfer, please indicate us in the electronic registration form or by email to severine.friol@edf.fr :

              - your invoice address (if different from your office adress).

              - your intra-community VAT number (fr E.U. countries).

              - your SIRET number (only France)

Both original and duplicate invoice will send you by postal mail within 14 days after receiving your payment. If you want a pro-format invoice before your payment please indicate us by email to severine.friol@edf.fr.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• A full refund will be granted before April 3rd 2010.
• Cancellations made from 3rd to 16th 2010 will be subject to 50% cancelation fee. 
• Cancellations received after April 16th 2010 will not receive a refund.
• No notification of cancellation are not entitled to a refund.
• Registrants who must cancel may substitute another person by submitting a request to severine.friol@edf.fr.
