1. Registration process and payment method
|
|
| |
|
· Registration form must be filled in before the payment. Please be sure to provide all requested information. An email will be send you to confirm your registration.
· Payment of the Early Bird rates must be received before April 3rd 2010.
· Attendees may request an invoice if needed to proceed with payment.
· Registration and payment can be made separately. The applicable rates are according to registration date.
· Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible of their own accommodation arrangements.

2. Acceptable Payment Forms

|
There are four payment ways :
· Credit card via online PayPal payment : all government cards are accepted (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover...).
· Bank transfer.
· Bank check.
· Cash payment (onsite payment only).

3. Currency
|
|
| |
|
The event fees are denominated in Euros.
Any additional fees and foreign currency conversion costs must be borne by registrant.
|
|

4. Membership of Professional Societies
|
|
| |
|
Attendees must provide the name of the Society of which they are a member. The FAC2010
committee will have the opinion to verify that the registrant is a member of a company or society.
Private attendees are requested to indicate their interest in the conference.

5. Cancellation
|
|
| |
|
· Cancellation requests must be made in writing to severine.friol@edf.fr .
· A full refund will be granted before April, 3rd 2010.
· Cancellations made from April 3rd to 16th 2010 will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
· Cancellations received after April 16th 2010 will not receive a refund.

6. Substitutions
|
|
| |
|
· Substitution may be requested at any time by writing to the FAC organization or by mail to severine.friol@edf.fr using the registration form.
|

7. Visa requirement
|
|
| |
|
· Some participants may need a visa for entry to France. On request, the FAC2010 Committee will send an invitation letter to registered participants for applying travel visa. However we cannot take the responsibility for arranging your visa or if the embassy refuses.
· Official information on French visa policies and procedures is available from the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs and European.
