Guidelines for Exhibitors

We are very pleased to welcome you as an exhibitor to the FAC2008 Conference organized by EDF.
Please fill in the Exhibitor registration form and send it before December 31st , 2007 by e-mail to: severine-marie-externe.friol@edf.fr

The exhibition is planned for three days, from March 18th to 20th , 2008. Registration and installation are scheduled on March 17th, 14-19h and the dismantling on March 20th, 17h. Note that space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The conference will emphasise the following subjects: Flow Accelerated Corrosion Piping maintenance FAC prediction software R&D and test loop results Steam-water circuit chemistry related to FAC Non Destructive Examination methods Chromium measurements Operator feed back information

An exhibition with audience

In order to ensure a maximum of audience and the best efficiency of your participation as an exhibitor, a specific session without conferences will be exclusively dedicated to visit the exhibition. This will take place on the second day afternoon, i.e. Wednesday 19th March.

Exhibit space: 15 m²/exhibitor

Exhibitor registration fees: 5000 €/company

It covers one full conference entry for 3 people representing the exhibitor company:

- Exhibit space of 15 m² for three-days from March 18th to 20th, 2008.
- Access to the whole oral presentations for three days.
- A welcoming breakfast with three days coffee breaks and cocktail lunches.
- Cruise Gala dinner on Wednesday evening, March 19th, 2008.
- FAC 2008 Conference handout.

In addition, each exhibitor will receive the following benefits:

- Exhibitors names and logo will be published on the FAC2008 website and in the official Conference Handout.
- A brief description of the exhibitor and their exhibit materials services will be included in the FAC2008 website and the handout.

Equipment & Electrical

Tables 120 x 90 cm (47" x 27"), chairs and extension power cords are provided by us. You can also bring your own exhibit panels and posters.
Please indicate your needs on the exhibitor registration form.

Wifi wireless Internet access available in all rooms:
9,90 € extra for 24h (current prices - payment at the Hotel reception.)

The official conference language will be English. Poster presentations and other documents will be presented in the English language.

Payment

only by bank transfer in euros – please refer to the Exhibitor registration form.

RECEIPT/CONFIRMATION

1) After receipt of your registration form, all registrants will receive an email confirmation. Registrants must provide a current email address in order to register.
2) If accepted by the technical committee, a second email confirmation will be send you.
3) A third mail will send you to confirm the receipt of payment. This mail serves as both a receipt of payment and a confirmation that you are registered to attend and exhibit at the FAC2008 Conference.

Insurance

The FAC2008 Committee will not be liable for damage caused to exhibitors' goods, nor to goods or installations provided by third parties. They decline all responsibility, in all cases and at all times, for the loss, disappearance, damage or theft of goods. The necessary insurance cover has to be provided by each individual exhibitor.

Insurance is strongly recommended. All exhibitors should have an “all risk” policy, a third part liability, public liability and comprehensive protection insurance. The period of liability of the exhibitor shall be deemed to run from the time the exhibitor or any of their agents or contractors first enter the exhibition site and to continue until all exhibits and property have been removed.
